Do you ever fell like this?

Am I the only one that is feeling like this? I love Christmas time! I really do, but time is just speeding by and half the day I just walk around dizzy wondering what is going on? All my Christmas shopping is done, it was easy this year because Ben and I decided that we are not doing it this year. Party Poops I know, but we decided to give the money that we would use on ourselves and give it to a family that needed it.

Don't worry mom I told Ben we still have to get Pj's for our family tradition! Everyone needs a new pair of p.j's.

Anyways I just want you all to know I think about you all the time.. Ben and I are on our last weeks of classes.. and work is still their (thanks father in heaven). Anyways I will try to make my next post more exciting. Love you all! Marry Christmas.

I know I know!

I know I know... Everyone has been getting after me for not updating this! Raie and Katie are going wild with theirs.. And they both look amazing! Well the best news ever is Josh is coming home for thanksgiving. It was approved that we could all be together! It's been a long go at it, but I think that our family is slowly mending itself together! FAMILIES ARE FOREVER!

That we are promised. I know that my family has worked and continue to work hard to be together. Josh has been a huge example to us all, and is working really hard to come home, it is not easy to be a teen.

Josh, I love you and keep you in my prayers and want you to know just because I am married, does not mean I have forgotten about you! I am always here to help and listen to anything you ever need! love you buddy!

Jo's first date:

Ben and I were lucky enough to double with Jo on his first date. Don't worry, as he walked up to the door to pick her up, I started crying uncontrollably! I can not believe that the twins are old enough to date, dive... be in high school. Joseph has been trying diligently to get a date for many weeks.. And I was almost tempted to go to the high school and pull out all the little snots hair, for brushing Jo under the rug. He is such a good kid.. and any girl that will not give him a chance, deserves to get her hair pulled out. O.k o.k, so this is a little harsh, but lets face it.. I am pretty much just out of high school, and no I was not the most attractive girl at the school, but any guy that asked me out I gave him at least one chance. What are we going to do with our teens today. (I am a little scared!) Jo was so nice and respectfully! It was so fun, we went country dancing, then back to our place for some more fun. It was good, Jo has already asked us to double with him again on Mon. for a play at the high school! Yes you all should be jealous!

Ben and I continue to study our little hearts out! Ben got a job at olive garden and loves it. I have to say he looks pretty hot as a server. Mistie informed us today that we do not have lives, as well as Dave our roomie. Every time they walk in the door, Ben and I are both on our laptops studying away. We are on week four and it is a nine week course. So almost done.! Anyhow here is your update, I will try to be better, TTFN

What a WEEK! We survived our first week of school! So far so good, I think we will like it! We both come home from work and get out our little laptops, and off we go, working away on our studies, so far as far as we know we are 4.0 students. I think that we both are a little proud of that. Every time we see that we have received all the points we can, we are excited and we share with the other right away the good news. It will be disappointing if one of us does not receive full points.... I'm sure that it will be me... I married a smarty pants I love him!! I make him read through all my papers and responses before I send them of to be graded, that is most likely why I have all my points! Thanks Sweets!!



Life with meg is so good, we are learning a lot about life together. Its so fun, this week on Thursday we watched Oprah together! It was some fun girl time, SHE LOVED IT!! Gabbie has also been a huge support for me in school, as she is a teacher at Salt Lake Community college. They are really good friends, that I fell the lord has lead us to one another to help one another get through life.



This week was all so Halloween! So fun to see all the crazy people dress up. Unfortunately it came to fast for us, we did not dress up, well we did but it was lame, I was a stressed college student and Ben was a hard worker! Not to exciting. I had to work late, and Ben ran to help Dave Upwall with his spook alley. He had fun, and I did as well! Some of the kids came to see me, as they do every year when I have to work, here are some pix!




They are so fun! They came running in to see me at work! This is truly one of the gratest feelings ever! To be loved.

What a week! Ben worked very hard this week, applying at many different jobs, and also working for his parents. He has also kept up on the house work, and cooked me dinner many times this week. Ben had a very successful interview at the local Olive Garden, he got a second interview all in the same day, they should let him know in the next week, so continue praying.

It was a very good week for me, work has been hard and stressful. I have been looking for a different job, for a company that would appreciate me as an employee. I think that this is a dream! But hay, it cant hurt to continue trying to move up as far as pay goes. I put in an application at a place called cybersource. I am going to follow up on Monday and see about this.. I will let you all know!

Ben and I went to the Goo Goo Dolls concert with my family this weekend, very very interesting. Ben had fun... I need to learn how to have fun, here are some pix.

This should be a fun week, we have the Halloween dance on Thursday with the Special needs, I will definitely take some photos, and we will also be starting school, so tell next week.

Well... We did it, we are going to school! I am so excited and believe it or not Ben is as well ! : D We will start on the 27th of October! Ben is working on an Associates in Business, and I will be working on my dream job.. becoming a teacher. I'm starting with their Associate program "Arts and Education"!

We are doing all of our classes on line! It should be interesting, I have heard good and bad things about this. My friend Ammie from work, her husband has been going to University of Phoenix for about a month, and she said that the only problem is that he dose it late at night, when all the halogens are on line, so the server is very slow, or sometimes not even able to function. The good thing about it, is well I can do all my assignments in my p.g's in my bed if I wanted to! We well see.

Oh hello, like almost the best part of this hole little story, is that Ben let me buy a lap top, so we will not be waiting for hours for the other to finish their assignments. I really can't wait and so realize that this is a HUGE blessing from our Heavenly Father. I think it's good to start now before the little Bishop's come. So here we go! Go, Fight, Win.

What A Day At Work

The good old Home Depot! As many as you know this is my second home, today at work I had an emotional brake down, started crying and left early!! I really don't know how people work retail all the their day long. As I reflect on my life over and over again, I go back to the same thing!! GO TO SCHOOL!! Someone keeps saying, hmmm?? Maybe just maybe its me. Ben is working diligently for his parents for the time being and I continue to baggier him, to get a job.. Yes I know I just need more faith!

So as I am at home sitting on my lovely bed ( that Ben made) doing research on on-line classes. Ben got a letter from the University of Phoenix in the mail and I stole it and have been talking to a counselor about going to School on line through there education program. I will give you more of an update, latter this week! POTCIT

The Start Of A New Life

Well... this is all new to me, a blog.. WOW, who would have ever thought that we would all be catching up like this, anyways. I'm Ashlie Danielle Bishop, formally known as Ashlie Danielle Park. The love of my life and I where married on the 3RD of May 2008, yes if you could guess we are newlyweds and I hope to stay that way for LONG TIME.. its amazing! Ben and I are now living in a basement apartment in Highland UT. just living the high life together. I am hoping that this blog is a way to catch up with a lot of old friends and at the same time share my testimony and watch it grow with this unique way of keeping in tuch with life! POTCIT
